Thank you for choosing Lume Kart for your Pokémon card collecting needs. Our pre-order system allows customers to reserve upcoming Pokémon products before their official release date and helps ensure access to highly anticipated and limited-availability items.

How Pre-Orders Work

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released or is not currently in stock. By placing a pre-order through Lume Kart, you reserve your item in advance, and we will ship it as soon as inventory becomes available.

Please note that release dates are determined by manufacturers and distributors and may change without prior notice.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time a pre-order is placed. This secures your reservation and guarantees your place in the fulfillment queue once inventory arrives.

Shipping Information

Pre-order products will be shipped after they are received and processed by our fulfillment team. Shipping dates may vary depending on manufacturer schedules, distributor deliveries, and product availability.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.

Release Date Delays

Occasionally, manufacturers or distributors may delay product releases. Such delays are outside the control of Lume Kart. We appreciate your patience and will provide updates whenever significant changes occur.

Product Allocations

In rare situations, distributors may reduce the number of units allocated to retailers. If this affects your order, we will fulfill orders in the order they were received. If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, you will be notified promptly and issued a full refund.

Cancellations

Customers who wish to cancel a pre-order should contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are reviewed individually and may not be possible once an order has been prepared for shipment.
